2014 Beginnings First Year Student Perceptions of Blended Learning Snapshot This CAWG SNAPSHOT is from the Beginnings subgroup and explores data from a fall 2013 survey of freshmen. The report includes information on their experiences with and opinions of blended learning courses as well as their interest in using a variety of technologies for their coursework. It accompanies the "Junior and Senior Student Perceptions of Blended Learning" Snapshot by the ACES subgroup.

2014 ACES Job Preparation Snapshot This CAWG SNAPSHOT explores data from a 2012 survey of UMD of juniors and seniors that asked students about how well prepared they feel for their first job after graduation.

2014 Beginnings LGBTQ Climate Snapshot  This CAWG SNAPSHOT explores data from a 2011 survey of UMD freshmen that asked students about their perceptions of the LGBTQ environment on campus. Students were asked whether UMD is a welcoming environment, how comfortable they are with LGBTQ individuals, and how comfortable they perceive their peers to be with LGBTQ individuals.

2013RetCompWhat UMD Could DoThis report, entitled What UMD Could Do, contains reflections from recent UMD alumni about what the University of Maryland could have done to improve their experience in areas where they wished they had more opportunity. The document includes direct quotations organized by keywords that relate to academics, mentoring, co-curricular experiences, careers, and diversity, among other topics. We recommend choosing keyword categories to explore; a table of contents is included on the front page.
